Who is Rahul Agarwal Who is Rahul Agarwal

As an entrepreneur who is committed to execution, ownership, and continuous learning, I believe in stepping in, building through real experiences, and turning both wins and failures into outcomes that create lasting impact.

The Man Behind The Founder

Born 1982

A Mind That Refuses Normal

Inside me lives a perpetually six-year-old inner child, armed with the confidence of a reckless adventurer. Just like kids, I don’t really see problems; I see games waiting to be played.

While others pause to debate whether the glass is half full or half empty, I’m already using it, pouring, mixing, seeing what happens next.

THE JOURNEY SO FAR

Early Days

Chapter 1

I remember once asking my father why he was always working so hard. His answer stayed with me. I don’t fear winning or losing. I just don’t want to regret not trying.

That one thought shaped how I look at everything. With that mindset, I went on to become a Chartered Accountant and secured a rank. I began my career at Ernst & Young, working in high-stakes environments and gaining a deep understanding of how real businesses operate behind the scenes.

Syscom

Chapter 2

My entrepreneurial journey didn’t begin with a brand or a product, but with education.

In 2009, I started Syscom Edutech in the United States of America (USA) under a federal program, where we built one of the largest India-led tutoring platforms, reaching over 20,000 students.

It wasn’t just about teaching. It was about building systems, understanding scale, and learning how to create impact across geographies, cultures, and diverse student needs. This experience eventually shaped the foundation of everything I would go on to build further.

Organic Harvest

chapter 3

Later on, I realised that real opportunities lie where there is both a gap and a shift in consumer mindset. That’s when Organic Harvest was built and expanded to over 100,000 stores across India, establishing itself as a leading name in the organic personal care space. Since then, I haven’t looked back and continued moving deeper and wider into industries that are fragmented, informal, or simply waiting to be rethought. What started as a belief… turned into a brand.

After building it to scale, I exited the business and moved on to build what came next.

Now

Chapter 4

I found myself drawn towards spaces that were fragmented, unstructured, or lacking trust. It pushed me to think differently, not in parts, but in systems.

This marked the beginning of a new journey.
Not just building a business, but building multiple brands with intent.

I stepped into the role of a serial entrepreneur, creating, scaling, and shaping six distinct brands across industries, each driven by a clear vision and a strong foundation.

RASA is built on that foundation and started with a simple belief: Ordinary was never an option. What began as a mindset to do things differently and evolved into a larger vision To Build a House of Brands that challenges the market. Today, this vision stands strong with 6+ brands across multiple industries, each disrupting its category in its own way.

THE THOUGHT THAT BUILT RASA

RASA was never built around one idea. Each brand under RASA comes from a simple pattern seeing gaps, questioning norms, and executing where others hesitate.

Redefining Industries

Where trust was broken, we rebuilt it. Where systems were unorganised, we structured them. Where ideas didn’t exist, we created them. Each brand was designed to shift how its category operated not slightly, but fundamentally. RASA’s impact on the market was simple: We changed the rules of the game.

Evolving With Purpose

“This Madness is Just the Beginning”

I’ve  never  been  one  to  sit  still,  and  the  next  chapter  of  my  journey  promises  exactly  that  more  curiosity,  more  mischief,  more  imaginative  chaos.  My  inner  child  will  continue  to  explore,  experiment,  and  sometimes  even  disrupt,  turning  small  sparks  of  ideas  into  experiences  of  lifetime.

The Build Philosophy

The Thinking

“I don’t follow markets. I study patterns others ignore.”

The Risk

“If it feels safe, it’s probably already done. I build where uncertainty exists.”

The Build

“Ideas are easy. Execution is where most people stop - I don’t.”

The Impact

Not here to participate in industries. Here to reshape how they work.
